Longtime friends, Ryan (Irwansyah) and Cinta (Acha Septriasa),
have just graduated from their senior high school. They are very
close but they have not been able to express their feelings for
each other. All they have managed to say is "love" which they
both interpret as "care", an ambiguous expression at best. Even
when Ryan is bound for the United States to continue his studies,
they still cannot find the courage to express their true feelings.
However, everything changes when tragedy strikes...
